Shipping Policy

We offer free USPS shipping on all orders. Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping. If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase! If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange.

All returns must be post-marked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original pieces.

To return an item, please email customer service at connect@raylasrituals.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, the ship-to address, and a shipping label. After receiving this email, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return.

Return shipping charges are paid for by the company only if the product is defective. Customers are responsible for shipping charges otherwise.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
